Terms and conditions of use

Welcome to Azul Riviera Tours. By accessing and using our website azulrivieratours.com you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, we suggest you do not use our services.

1. Purpose of the service

Azul Riviera Tours acts as an intermediary and direct operator in providing tourism services, including, without limitation: tours, private transfers and recreational activities in the Riviera Maya region, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

2. Bookings and payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD) as indicated, and include the corresponding taxes under Mexican tax law.
  • To confirm a booking, a partial or full payment may be required through our authorized payment methods (PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer or cash).

3. Cancellation and refund policy

In accordance with consumer rights in Mexico:

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours ahead: subject to a partial or full refund, minus administrative fees if applicable.
  • Cancellations under 48 hours or "No Show": no right to a refund.
  • Force majeure: in case of port closures or adverse weather (as ruled by Civil Protection), a date change or refund will be offered depending on the provider's availability.

4. User responsibility

The user agrees to provide truthful information for their booking. Azul Riviera Tours is not responsible for errors in contact details, incorrectly provided flight times or delays beyond our operation.

5. Personal data protection

Your data is protected under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. For more information, see our Privacy notice.

6. Insurance and safety

All our transport services carry the valid traveler insurance required by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT). In adventure activities (cenotes, snorkeling, etc.), the user agrees to follow the safety instructions of the certified guide.

7. Jurisdiction and applicable law

For any dispute arising from the use of this site or the provision of services, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of their present or future domicile.
