We booked the transfer from Cancun airport to our hotel in Playa del Carmen and everything was perfect. The driver was waiting with a sign and the van was spotless with cold air conditioning. Definitely the best way to start a vacation.
We did the cenotes and Tulum ruins tour. Our guide knew a great deal about Maya history and took us to places without crowds. Azul Riviera Tours took care of every detail, including a delicious local lunch. Highly recommended!
What I liked most was how quickly they answered all my questions on WhatsApp. They helped me put together a custom tour package for my family. You can tell they know the Riviera Maya inside out.
We were looking for something more authentic than a big resort. Combining their private tours made our trip unforgettable. Thank you for making us feel at home!
FAQ
What people ask before booking
What tours and services do you offer?
Classic tours (Chichen Itza, Tulum and Coba, cenotes, Bacalar, Holbox, Cozumel and Isla Mujeres), parks such as Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor and Xenses, private tours, yacht, boat, catamaran and jet ski outings, plus private airport transfers.
Where do the tours depart from?
Most pick you up in Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Tulum; parks depart from Playa del Carmen and sailing trips from Cancun or Isla Mujeres. When you book on WhatsApp we confirm the exact pickup time for your hotel.
How do I book?
Choose your tour, date and number of guests, then tap "Book on WhatsApp". A chat opens with all your details ready; an agent confirms availability and explains how to pay. If you prefer email, tap "Book by email" and we send your request with all the details.
Why do some services have no price?
Yachts, boats, jet skis and airport transfers are quoted by date, schedule and group size. Message us on WhatsApp and we reply right away.
What currency are prices in?
Base prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). If you prefer dollars, switch to USD at the top: it is a reference conversion at $17.00 MXN per dollar; the final amount is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change the date?
More than 48 hours ahead, cancellation gets a partial or full refund, minus administrative fees if any. Under 48 hours or no-shows are not refunded. Date changes need at least 48 hours notice and depend on availability.
Is insurance included?
All our tours and transfers include valid traveler insurance during the activity or the trip with us.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Not for the cenote tours: life vests are mandatory and provided, and guides assist you throughout. For Cozumel El Cielo, swimming ability is recommended.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, comfortable clothes and water shoes, and biodegradable sunscreen or repellent. In cenotes and reefs sunscreen is restricted to protect the ecosystem; each tour says so.
Are the tours suitable for children and older adults?
Many are family-friendly, but there are jungle trails and caves, so moderate physical mobility is recommended. Each tour lists its minimum age.
Do I need a visa to visit the Riviera Maya?
It depends on your nationality. Most visitors from the US, Canada and Europe do not need one, but we recommend checking with the Mexican consulate in your country before traveling.
